If you get an error like this (see image), it's because your computer can't access the remote server. To try and solve this problem, you can follow the steps below:
Steps :
• Check that the server is online (see update information, etc.)
• If the server is online, try to check/change your DNS (Tutorial), we recommend using DNS 1.1.1.1.
• If this still doesn't work, try using a VPN or check that your antivirus isn't blocking access to the website.
